All presenters must be current members of STS for the 2026 calendar year.

All presenters must be current members of STS for the 2025 calendar year. Join/Renew now. (If you already paid for 2026, you should have received an email from Clayton McCarl on Tuesday, 3/17/26, with the subject “Reviewing your STS membership status.”)
Step 2. Register

Advance registration for presenters, through April 30. Regular rate: US $200.00. Graduate students, adjunct faculty, and non-US participants: US $50.00. We can accept payment by PayPal only for advance registration. Click here to purchase.
Late/on-site registration for presenters, May 1-30. Regular rate: US $225.00. Graduate students, adjunct faculty, and non-US participants: US $75.00. We can accept payment by PayPal or by checks in US dollars or cash on-site on May 28-30.
Registration for non-presenters. Those who are attending but not presenting can participate at no cost, but must complete this survey. We encourage all attendees to be current STS members.
Accommodations
We are very aware of the high cost of hotel rooms in New York. Airbnb often offers economical rooms throughout the city.
